Meet the Owners
Joe and Lenell Porter are originally from Loris, South Carolina, only about 35 miles from Ocean Lakes. They both attended Loris High School and were married in 1969. Joe has a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees from Clemson University. Lenell has her "PHT" degree ("PHT" is "Put Hubby Through"). They, along with there 2 sons, Joe, Jr. and Steven, currently live in Monroe, North Carolina, where they are business owners. Trans-World Satellites & Home Entertainment - where their primary focus is satellite television, home theater, distributed audio and structured wiring. www.TWSat.com The Porters also breed and show Alpacas. www.AwesomeAlpacas.com They and other family members have been owners in Ocean Lakes for more than 20 years.
